Image generators

Does anyone know any image generators that would create LL birds eye view images like the ones used by Bernard Helmstetter in http://www.ai.univ-paris8.fr/~bh/cube/.

I've seen ImageCube and NxNImagecube but I can't find any specifically for LL.

Yeah there was one I read about in a post before called Image LL. I'll find it.
