If cubing were your full-time job, what would you do to train?

I'm picturing a basket of unsolved cubes, and everybody in the office is just taking cubes from the basket and solves them (getting paid by how many cubes you solve in an hour/day)

Like a cube solving service for non cubers? I wonder how many unsolved cubes there are laying around in the world and how much a non cuber would pay to have someone solve them.

I'd probably just end up looking at lolcats or whatever people actually do in offices.

The OP said salary depends on speed. So I would be systematic about getting faster. Analyse my performance, evaluate the options, and choose the path that gives the best rate of improvement. Work hard at that even if it gets boring. And feel happy that I have a job I love :D

My god i would love this

I probably wouldnt make much since im just avging 17ish right now but maybe one day i could be a ceo at 9 sec avgs ^_^. It might get annoying eventually but if i have like an entertainment or like a show to do for an audience once a week, thatd be awesome

*seriously wishes this was a thing*. I already practice like 4+ hours a day.

Looking through the thread, I suddenly thought of something. I think a more realistic case would be professional cubers, like those professional snooker players and such.
On topic: I think I wouldn't even accept the job =P

Get medium times
Do nothing the whole day (I can't quit the job so that's ok)
When speed is tested get medium money
Chill the hell out of life
