How to solve this 4x6 sliding square puzzle?

Hello, this is a 2D puzzle. It is 4x6 (the picture is sideways, but doesn't really matter.)

What you need to do is slide the square inside with corresponding colors. Eg. black touches black, red touches red, etc. You can't go outside the box. I really need to get this one... please help. What is the pattern?.. How to solve it? Thank You!
