[Help Thread] How to repair a broken QiYi Square-1?

A couple weeks ago, I was doing a solve on my QiYi Square-1, when it totally crumbled apart. The two halves of the core got separated, and while there is a screw sticking out of one, it doesn't tighten in the hole in the other one. Does anyone know how to fix this?
