How To: Create Your own logo

I was wondering how to create my own logo ( I know there's a thread on the design of it) but I want to know if you just use a printer and print the logo on the sticker or what?

You could just use the above thing and print it on sticker paper I think.

Also, I don't think a gluestick will hold them on (not the quality gluesticks I know at least)
