I suspected this for a long time and today I got the strongest confirmation of something I have written about, although I could not be totally sure until today. You can't just trust reviews.

Watch this.

This is an example that I have intimate experience. I have said all along that the Tornado V2 is a fantastic cube, it really great feel, it's so quiet and smooth, and turns with little inertia (unlike other light and hollow feeling cubes). Yeah and it's light. I never had any problem with the much publicised reverse corner cutting issue. I doubt very much that most cubers would corner cut at 45 degrees. I think that kind of testing is unrealistic. All of these worries, mysteries were confirmed by Shawn, who I respect a lot. It's important to know which reviewer has the same judgement, requirements and comments that fit your own feeling and experience.

I know there are other opinions, from well known reviewers, but I have learnt to take with a grain of salt their hardware reviews. I still think they are great in their tutorials of finger tricks etc, but for me, I know it's important to be careful.

(This is not about core magnets. The Tornado before this mod is just about the same and the additional core magnets do nearly nothing based on what I have watched and read so far. )
