I'm curently using 4-look last layer ( I only know 5 case of OLL), I AVG ~43 sec, I'm wondering if I should keep practicing my F2L or start learning all PLLs then OLLs, how much time would moving from 4-look to 2-look cut?

Oh and what site do you recomending getting PLL algs from?

i like badmephistos, but really you should look for the ones you like best from lots of sites. Breanden Vallance has some nice PLLs - in the video gallery, he posted a PLL video that you could learn from.
and yes, learn the PLLs first, then OLL.

whats more important is getting a better f2l - MTGjumper on this forum is sub 15 and doesnt know all of the OLLs, and I dont know all the OLLs and have gotten a few sub 15 avgs before.

I'd recommend becoming 2 look when you're around 20-25s, or less, but really it depends on whether you like learning algorithms or not :p

nevertheless, invest time in the f2l - it gives the biggest returns.

Since I'm one of the people who JUST LEARNED full PLL (finally), I'll try to break it down.

When I had 4LLL, I averaged 45 seconds (total).
When I have 3LLL, I average ~30 seconds.

My PB went from 29.83 to 22.33 in two days because of 3LLL...

And I have never looked back since.

Practice, actually...

Just learning full PLL allowed me to perform things like the T-perm and J-perms in sub-2 now... ><

I think it's more edge, though; I'm ALMOST sub-3 with the 17-move Z-perm, and I'm like sub-2 with both U-perms.
