How many people do you think can fit in this venue?

So I am trying to host a cubing competition in New York City and I got some blueprints done of my competition venue. I was thinking that this could hold around 70 competitors, but I am not entirely sure about how many competitors to put since I've never hosted a competition before so I am asking for second opinions. What are your thoughts?

If the venue is the size of the paper ( you know like if you enlarged it) then maybe 25 - 40.idk becuase I have never been to a comp

To give a reliable estimate we need the actual dimensions of the hall, the UKCA try to do 4 M^2 per person and it seems to work well, we used to have less space per competitor but it got quite crowded
