If I'm counting correctly, 259 for OLL and 151 for PLL.
With the star already solved, 16 OCLL and 15 PCLL.
If you want to reduce the nomber of looks for the LL, doing first edges then 2-step corners is probably a better idea than either OLL or PLL in 1 look.
