[Help Thread] How Do I Get Faster?

Hello, currently I do the beginner method for the 2x2 and the 3x3. FOr the 2x2 i average anywhere from 10-25 seconds, and for the 3x3 I average from :55-1:10. What is the next step I need to take to get faster. I practice a ton during and after school im always solving my rubiks cube's, but how do I get faster. What steps come after being able to solve the rubiks cube with the beginner method. Please help I want to get my average down a lot. Thank you.

Use CFOP, or Fridritch method. (they are the same thing) most speed Cubes use these methods.

at your speed, you literally don't need to learn any more algs or work on slow solves or anything, just do a ton of solves you should be able to get sub-40 or maybe sub-30.
