Hi, I'm new here, and I've been cubing for 2-3 months. I've just started trying to memorize OLL and PLL, since I already know the beginners method. Unfortunately, I can only solve the 3x3. Just got a speedcube... Uh, had a really stiff Rubiks cube lying around for 4-5 years... Haven't timed myself yet. Is there any other stuff I missed??

Hi! If your going to learn Fridrich method than learn f2l first... I recommend learning about pairing and putting the pieces in... but then, instead of learning a bunch of algs first, learn how to do it intuitively... eventually start learning algorithms to make your f2l faster.... Next 2-look Oll and ofc 2-look Pll.... Then practice looking ahead for the next pair when doing f2l... and keep learning Pll's... I know it might sound like a lot... but don't worry about doing it all very fast.... learn it at your own pace.... The best thing you can do... IS PRACTICE! practicing will be your best friend if you want to get faster!
