i'm 17, my native language is spanish so i can't write english properly. I'm averaging around 15 seconds in 3x3, i never learn the "begginner method'' so i begin learning a basic version of Fridrich with 2 look OLL and 2 look PLL, was hard learn F2L but after practicing i finally made it. after 5 months of practice, i learn all the PLL, 2 months later i decided to learn all the OLL, and that took me about 2 weeks, (learn about 4 to 6 per day). in my first competition i got an average of 18 seconds. Also i learn CLL for 2x2, because i never liked the Ortega method and i want to be fast, my best avg of 5 in house is 3.75
3x3 oh: around 35.xx - 4x4 around 1:10 (yau method) - 5x5 avg around: 2:40 , 6x6 around 5:20, and 7x7 around 9:00
i have tried blindfolded, and i got 10 to 12 minutes, old pochmann method.
total time in speedcubing: about 1 year and 1 month
3x3 = dayan zhanchi , 4x4 = shengshou v3 5x5-7x7 = shengshou

you have really great times, keep it up and you may soon be getting a shot at a national record
