I am a new cuber from Latvia(would like to see if there are users from Baltic countries, maybe will meet them someday), I use F2L with some weak partial edge control(figured out myself), 2-look OLL(know some 1-look ones) and 1-look PLL. I Average in 25's, but i can get some sub-20 solves too.
There aren't very many speedcubers in my country, and i am the 3rd/4th of all speedcubers i know(and i think i know all)
I started speedcubing about 3-4 months ago, with some breaks. Stuck in 33's, but that was because of my bad lookahead and recognition of F2L and LL. When i realised that, times started to decrease, and i would like to get sub-20 averages before i learn 1-look oll's. It would be some kind of push, because i tried to learn them, but at some point, i stop learning/repeating for few days and somehow forget most of them. I can also solve the cube with ZZ(not using EO-Cross xP) and i can do the blockbuilding part for Roux. Would like to learn Kirjava's K4 for 4x4, but i will leave it for later.
I can solve other cubes too - 2x2, 4x4,5x5( i have rubiks brand, they are the only ones i could get.) I also have a Pyraminx and a Megaminx, figured out them myself(they aren't so hard to figure).
And yeah, i am now progressing pretty fast, would like to get that sub-20 in about 2-3 weeks and sub-15 until next Estonian Open takes place(Would really like to go to official competition^^).
I asked some lame questions in forum, competed a while in race to sub-30, but I wanted to say official hello to everybody. xP Hope i can help the community.

Hello. There will be Tallinn Open on June 18th and Estonian Open in the fall and possibly a Latvian competition later this year.

Yeah, i plan that one on fall, but maybe will go to summer one too. Didnt hear about plans of latvian one, i thought we had (and would have)only small unoficial competitions with 5-10 people. Would be cool tho. ^^

Hello, Im from lithuania, I see you're doing quite well with your progres, i started about 5 month ago speedcubing and stuck with 35s probably because my cube sucks and I don't spend enough time on cubing. In my country I have seen only a few cubers and i think I would pretend to top 20 in my country :D hope it will be conpetition in lithuania someday too :P
