Hey, I'm PrincessNox, or Nox for short, and I'm 15 years old and from Germany.
I'm currently just able to solve a 2x2 and a 3x3 but I bought a Pyraminx and a Skewb recently and I'll start to learn to solve them soon.
I've never been to a competition but I'll try to go to the German Nationals in August because it's only 30 minutes away from me xD

I use CFOP for 3x3 and Ortega for 2x2. It average for 3x3 is around 30 seconds and for 2x2 somewhere around 10-15 (I don't practice 2x2 that much xD)

Since you are from the Frankfurt area, you should also pay the german forum (speedcube.de) a visit.
It is basically dead, but the meetups in Frankfurt are getting announced there, so may you'll even get to meet some german cubers before Nationals
Also I know of some upcoming comps in that area (Lampertheim, Laudenbach and Jugenheim) which will take place even before the nationals, but arent announced yet, so you should also check for competition announcements in the german forum (or the WCA).
