I average about 25 seconds usually, and my LL is really slowing me down, by a lot. I feel as it should be about 5 seconds less than what it is. My solves normally go like this
at 2 seconds cross is done
at 13 seconds f2l is done
at 19 OLL is done
at 25 PLL is done

what is some thing that can help with getting the OLL and PLL quicker?

Do you know full PLL and OLL?

The first thought in my head.

No but seriously, if you already know full OLL and PLL you should sit down and try to find some comfortable finger tricks that feel natural to you. Also, pay attention to the various unique layer patterns that will tip you off to which OLL/PLL you are looking at. I know that recognition is a pain in the butt at first, but soon you'll be brainlessly swooshing right though your LL before you know it.

maps, i know like 17/21 pll, and full 2 look OLL, i keep putting the G perms off, but right now it's difficult for me to learn them due to I don't have a proper computer to u

Two of the G perms are easy:
Gc perm: R2 F2 R2 [R perm] R2 F2 R2
Gd perm: just invert that
Don't learn the G perms from the arrow diagrams; look for images that have the colours of the pieces on, so you can look for headlights/a 1x2 block.

Learn the G perms quite soon though, because they are the most common PLL.

Full OLL isn't necessary, but try to learn some of the easy ones. About half of them are very easy and won't require that much effort to learn.

For 2-Look OLL (EO+CO), start to pay attention to what CO case you get after doing EO. Once you can predict the case, you can seemlessly move from one to the other without having to stop for recognition.

This comes pretty naturally after lots and lots of practice. But when you're sitting around doing untimed solves, stop and pay attention to that step. See if you can guess what the case will be. If you're right, remember it... and if you're wrong... remember that too.

Learning some of the easier OLL cases is also a good idea. There's plenty of videos out there.

As for G-Perms? Learn 'em. They're really not that bad. And they're some of my favorite algorithms to execute.

chree, i have been doing that without even meaning to, when i see certain cases IK what im gonna get about half the time. TDM, it's not that im trying to put them off, it's i dont have a computer to help me with it half the time, so its difficult until i get my computer fixed, thank you for that algorithm though. i know quite a few of the easier OLL's, i'd say probably 10 that arent part of the 2 look, so like 17/54 or however many there is
