Help on breaking the 30 average

Since I started speedcubing in November, my times have consistantly dropped. I had a new PB at least 2 times a week. However, I seem to have been sitting at 30-35 average for the last 2 weeks. How can I break through this?

What is your method and time breakdown?

I can't really help you if I don't know how you cube. If you post a video, that would be good too.
Also, remember that these "barriers" are mental barriers. Believe in yourself!

If you do are you reconizing them fast and fast response on what algo to do?

A finger trick for each algo?

Good look ahead for f2l?

7-8 turn cross?

My method isn't terribly fast, but until I get F2L under 12 seconds or so, I don't want to spend the time to learn more algs.
My method:
Cross
3 Corners- mostly intuitive Friedrich
Corner 4- ZBF2L, only case 1
PLL- the 6 Algs you need if you use ZBF2L
OLL- All of them

Any tips on Looking ahead on F2L?
