1. I think that CFCE is better than CFOP, or they're at least equally good.
2. Cross is easier in Roux, two fewer pieces
3. F2L is easier, because of the M slice
4. CMLL is better than CLL because the M slice can be ignored
5. LSE has an average movecount of 11, ELL of 9
6. More than two moves are saved on the cross/line.

HELP ME. IS ROUX BETTER THAN CFOP? HAVE I LIVED IN A LIE?

Roux is certainly better in move count. The main advantage of CFOP/CFCE is that it fills in blind spots the fastest, so it's easier to maintain higher TPS throughout the solve, even if you have to rotate a couple times (another Roux advantage). Roux has the M slice to help build the second block more efficiently, but the free M slice also provides more hiding spots for the pieces you're looking for. Also, LSE and ELL are not as comparable as you might think. There are some ELLs that are MU spam, but lots of them just have a couple of slices, and some don't even have any!
