Does any one know an easier E perm

You use the RURD one?
If so, I think that's the best one, but this one is easy ish.

You should use that one. If you don’t like it, then you should practice it more, because that’s the best one.

Make sure you do the D' with your left ring pushing

@Irish cuber use the one suggested. It's really awkward at first, but all you have to do is repeat the same alg over and over again, and soon the movement will become natural

Try to get your f2l around 20, and your cross around 3 - 4 seconds, and 3 seconds in oll, and 3 seconds in pll. The biggest thing you should work on is f2l.
