Hello my name is Kevin. I’m a bit of an older cuber, but I’ve never been that consistent at cubing until about a year and a half ago. That’s when I started learning advanced F2L and full PLL. I’m currently working on OLL and average sub-20 at the moment. I’ve also learned 4x4 and 5x5 in this time and I’m really enjoying cubing more than ever. I’m grateful I can be part of a community that loves cubing. THANKS!!

Welcome to the Forums! We could help you reach that sub-20 goak if you want (i am coaching some people). Do you play any instruments? Also, here are some basic rules for the forums:
Dont bump threads. A “bump” is essentially replying to a thread or post, which then “bumps” the thread to the home page where everyone can see it. The problem with this is if you bump an old thread without adding anything valuable. However, there are some cases where it is fine to bump, like when you are adding valuable information, or when you think a thread deserves to be seen. Basically if you want to bump a thread, make the bump useful. Dont bump thread that dont need to be bumped.

Did I start a trend to say to newcomers to not bump threads 😂

Thanks! I guess my next goal is sub-15 because right now I’m around 19 seconds. But any help is welcome. I do play the guitar. And I can play bass, drums and piano but at a more beginner level.

wassup! welcome fellow Californian! cool that you learned 4x4 and 5x5, those are the fundamentals of big cubes and are extremely fun. do you compete?
Wassup!! lol. Yeah I really enjoy 4x4 and 5x5. Currently averaging 1:15 and 2:20 on them. I’ve never been to a competition. I’ve only cubed recreationally. I don’t have a timer. I just use CubeTime on my phone haha. So I guess those are my unofficial times.

guys, how do you create a thread? I wanna make one about a new method but I just can't figure out how to!
Please just use this thread instead:
