GTS2 vs Valk3

I plan on making a YT video on the biggest hardware rivalry of all time, which is easily the GTS2 vs the Valk 3. I would like some opinions, so I can take an objective aspect into the video as well. What cube would you prefer? What are the pros and cons of each? What cube is better for comps?

I personally prefer the Valk, because of its stability and versatillity

I think the fact that we are even comparing the Valk 3 to the GTS2 when the latter was released about a year later goes to show how the Valk 3 managed to outlast its competitors to an insane degree. The fact that the Valk 3 has remained relevant 4+ years after its release is mind boggling and Qiyi deserves more credit for managing to make such a simple yet versatile cube. While I personally don't think GTS2 vs. Valk 3 makes sense as a comparison, I would choose the Valk 3 if they were compared.

Not a single cube in the 3x3 scene has lasted longer than the Valk 3. The fact that there is a major group of people (myself included) that is using a cube thats nearly 5 years old shows how good it is. In fact, I'd call it the best cube of all time.

Gts1 come out around the time of the valk.


There haven't really been many big hardware "rivalries" for 3x3 there was type Av vs type F2. But that was a long time ago. Recently there have been more than two cubes that are considered the best.

In 2017 the Valk and GTS2 were popular. But there is also the gan SM (or whatever cube they were up to) too.

Idk The valk 3 M is still one of the best cube on the market and many peoples main,
sadly i gave my valk to a friend for ten bucks, shouldve kept it but didnt even know what cube lube was lol
so i thought it was a bad cube.
Probably when my cube gives out on me will switch it for the valk 3 M
