Fluidity and Efficiency on 2x2

Hey everyone! I'm a fairly new 2x2 solver and average around 6-7 seconds with ortega. I've heard it is possible to get sub-5 on 2x2 with this method, and I've also heard fluidity and efficiency is necessary to get sub-5. But I lack at these 2 skills and want to know how to develop or better it. Thanks!

I would suggest practicing your first layer. Try to do a challenge where you have to do the face within six moves every time. Also try to predict OLL. This is very easy. Also slow down, if you are a six second avg then you are probably going fast and jerky. Go slow and smooth. Last of all PRACTICE.
