F' U F or y' R' U R

As the title suggests what moves do you do, please vote in the poll to answer. I personally think that F' U F can be faster but currently I cannot find any good finger tricks to help it go smoothly so I cannot decide which moves to do in algs, or even intuitive F2L. If any of you have any finger tricks for either that you think are good and can describe it well, or perhaps have a video of an alg with the trick in the alg, that would also be wonderful. Thank you.

y R' U R just because during a solve i fumble a little bit. Doing F' U F would be disastrous for me. But really it depends on the case.

If I'm doing F2l, then y R' U R would be faster for me becuase my hands are already there, but if I'm doing like an OLL or PLL that has a lot of Fs and Rs, then I would be more inclined to do F' U F.

for my G[A?] perm I use y' R' U R but for f2l i would probably go F' U F'

Do the R's in F2L because it interrupts the flow of my f2l which is usually only Ls and Rs. If during an alg, id go for the Fs.

F' U F or F U F' suck in solves imo, but F' U' F and F U' F' are nice and something you should try using a little bit when you can.

Obviously you solve with ZZ and never have this problem :3 Nah, but I would tend to go with the cube rotation, though first check if you have already solved all of the easy pairs that you can do 3-gen first before rotating.

It depends a lot on the case, but 90% of the time I'd do y L' U L.
