It doesn't really matter if you use your dominant or non-dominant hand. The main reason that most people say to use your non-dominant hand is because a majority of people are right handed, and OH is just better to do with your left hand because mirroring algs is a pain. So just use your left hand if you're getting into OH, and consider switching to left anyway. But you can use your right hand if you want to, it shouldn't be any worse aside from the lack of righty algs and needing to mirror them.
I find it easier to do it with my right hand. I have tried switching to my left but it just hasn't worked. Do I have to do it with my left hand to get sub 20?

There's people who can get sub 7 solves using their non dominant hand, no you don't need to switch

I'm actually pretty close to sub 20 using my right hand too (although I don't do it that much)

I know it's easier doing it lefty but I just can't. I haven't gotten a sub 20 single yet. I avg 27. PB avg: 25 PB single 20

You can stick with your right hand, it doesn't matter aside from algs being more difficult to get. It's functionally identical to using your left hand.
