Double move algs for Half Turns Challenge

Just some algs for people that like to do double move solves.

Adj edge swap: R2 U2 R2 U2 R2

Comm cycle from back: R2 F2 U2 R2 F2 U2

Inverse alg: U2 R2 F2 U2 R2 F2

Top and Bottome swap: M2 U2 M2

H perm: R2 F2 U2 R2 U2 F2 R2 F2 U2 F2 U2 F2.

Post any algs that are useful for this challenge.

I made a bunch of these a few years back but I am almost completely sure i lost the paper on which I wrote them. I always started with getting the top and bottom face oriented + corners permuted (where often corners can be done using a cancellation with (R2 F2 R2 U2)3) and then do the rest of the edges, often axis by axis or with setups to R2 U2 R2 U2 R2 U2. Commutators are (R2 F2 R2 U2)2 and inverse, and there is M2 U2 M2 which you mentioned and F2 M2 U2 M2 F2.
By the way, your H perm doesn't work, but I always did an R2 F2 U2 setup into (R2 F2)3.
