I wanted to know if ECEC type of solving, meaning edge memo, corner memo, noddon, edge execution, corner execution,

is a good way to practice for multi blind.

This is the order I follow for multi. For normal 3bld I am comfortable with both CEEC and ECCE ( I used to use it from 2012-now).

One thing that becomes easier with constant ECEC practice is weak swap for multi and the flow that you maintain during multi memo and exec.

I am assuming one pass ECEC would be the optimal way of practicing, no need to waste time doing slower one pass and multiple passes like in multi.

I have always done ECEC for 3BLD and MBLD, should I switch to CEEC because I'm using M2/OP?

Currently, what do you memo with images/audio/visual, etc? For example, for me-

ECCE(I prefer it, you should probably use CEEC though)

Edges with fast images(so partly just gibberish, but mostly a sort of story)
Visual flips and pre-oriented cycles(e.g. cycles like AB A in Speffz)
Audio corners(but sometimes I use words, e.g. VoTe instead of something like VoT, but I wouldn't make a story)
Visual twists and pre-oriented cycles(e.g. GH G)
Exec corners
Exec edges
Exec corner twists(or during pauses in edges)

The reason I do corner twists seperately is so that if I have a pause during edges, I can fill it up by doing the corner twist, eliminating some pauses. If you switch to CEEC I would recommend doing this with edge flips.
