Dayan Tangram Extreme

I was thinking it was time to expand my collection again, and i saw that the store i buy cubes from just published the Dayan Tangram Extreme.

It looks fun, but if you have it, is it hard? Is it like a harder version of the ghost cube? And is it too hard for someone who's only experience with shapeshifting is a mirror cube??

I don't have it, but you can't really compare it to a Mirror Cube or Ghost Cube as it's not a 3x3 shape mod. You can't solve it like a 3x3; it's a different puzzle entirely. SuperAntoniovivaldi has a tutorial for it here if you have trouble solving it, but in the description he says it's pretty easy. Personally, I think it's more fun to figure out new puzzles on your own than it is to use a tutorial, so I'd recommend trying to solve it on your own first.
