If you want, just skip to the bold part.

After switching to Roux, I've wanted to make a sort of variant on the available 'LL scramblers.'

For first block, obviously, I can just use regular scrambles.
For second block, <U,R,r>
For corners, a LL trainer would be fine. These are already available.
For step 4a (EO of the last 6 edges), <M,U>

For step 4c (when one permutes UF, UB, DF, and DB), <U2, M>

But for step 4b (when one permutes the UL and UR edges), I'm not quite sure what to do.
I've seen that the LL trainer here has a .txt file with all of the possible algs (or at least I think so) that are needed so set up LL cases.

Basically, how would one go about generating all of the cases for step 4b + 4c of the Roux method?

For <U,R,r> take a 2x2x2 scrambler and pretend F means r.
For <M,U> take a <R,U> scrambler and pretend R means M.
Use qq's scrambler.
4c is trivial, might as well as practice them like PLLs.

It's not available all the time. you can generate some scrambles and solutions to Roux blocks.

Yes, but I was also planning on generating solutions (optimal+fingerfriendly) for steps 4b+4c combined.
Also, if someone could suggest a way to combine steps 4a+4b (how to produce algs for these cases), that would be just as appreciated.

The problem, Cube Explorer doesn't support slice moves, at least to my knowledge.
