Cube4you.com Problems?

Has anyone else had problems with cube4you service? I am currently trying to get my DIY kit actually sent since I already sent payment. I was then sent a tracking number of a shipment of someone ELSE's order. I am kind of dissatisfied at the moment.

Do a search, a few weeks ago there were a few topics of people dissatisfied with cube4you's shipping. I have ordered from there once and got my order to the US in 10 days. There have also been threads were ten days was around average for how long it took everyone to get there cubes. Either there service has deteriorated, is hit or miss, or a few people just got unlucky and decided to tell us about it.

Sadly, the site was working on IE or Firefox when I placed my orders, so after talking with the owner, he told me the amount and I sent it to him on paypal. Talking to him again today, I don't think he ever processed my order at all and it's just a big mess.

I have ordered once and did not have any kind of issues. I may have been lucky.

I mentioned in another topic that I was waiting a couple months for my stuff. Well they came and the White DIY didn't come with springs. Luckily I had my broke DIY and I used those springs. I will still buy stuff from him but I had a lot of problems with my first order.

I've never had any problems, but I bet some people know exactly why.

Yeah that's probably the biggest problem with Cube4You, the shipping process. It takes a great deal of time and the tracking number you get doesn't always work. I stopped buying from Cube4You. I buy from PuzzleProz. The cubes turn just as great after lube, and in my opinion last longer and don't pop as easily. The seller lives in the US so shipping doesn't take long at all.
