Hi Everyone

I ordered a Type A IV cube and a Lanlan 2x2 from Cube4you recently and am worried about whether its comming or not. I am living in New Zealand and i did the EMS shipping (said 1 - 2 weeks) When i enter the tracking code that cube4you gave me on the EMS site it says there is nothing on this code? I also ordered it more than 2 weeks ago and literally 3 hrs after i ordered it's status was shipped. So i can't see how it could be delayed
I have tried to contact Cube4you by posting a thread on their forums but every time i try go onto the forums logged in it says Ip or Account is not allowed on this forum. I have not activated my account yet because the e-mail they sent me to activate it was blank? I have now added the owner of Cube4you's msn ([email protected]) but am currently really worried that my $25 USD has just gone down the toilet. So i decided to post on here.
Please give me some advice on what to do, I will post on here if i manage to contact James (Think thats his name)

Cube4You ships from China, and so their post has probably been a little slower lately, especially because of the recent Lunar New Year. Also, your package may be held up in NZ's customs. Be patient, it'll probably come. Give it another week or so.

Okay, thank you i just wanted a reason so i wouldnt worry really That should get me through the next week. If it doesnt come a week or 2 from now and i still dont get contact from Cube4you ill file a complaint to paypal to try get my money back. That should get Cube4you's attention

Well i live in christchurch and ordered from cube 4 u about 2 weeks ago

It took me about 2 nd a half weeks (inc working days) for mine to arrive i got a cube4you DIY

I would just keep waiting it will come soon

and on my tracking number

dont worry if it says "departure of office of exchange"

it doesnt change from there. i checked the tracking num at intmail once i got the cube and it still stayed the same so ignore the tracking number

And about the cube4you fourm i tried to make a account and it said the same thing dont worry think its matience or something
