Corner twist in an Official Solve

If you get a corner twist in an official solve, are you allowed to turn it back into its correct orientation or do you have to turn another corner and solve it like that?

(Somebody told me that i have to do the latter, but i think that the former is right)

How would they know which one you twisted in the first place ...?

Article 5 in the regulations should answer your question:

5b3) Permitted repairs:
5b3c) If the puzzle is unsolvable, and can be made solvable by rotating a single corner piece, the competitor may correct the corner piece by twisting it in place without disassembling the puzzle.

So yes, you are allowed to just twist the unsolved corner.
