Broken Magic(s)

Hey everybody, I have 2 magics, but they are all broken apart. The first one I dug up and it lasted 2 weeks. The second one was bought at target and it broke in about 2 hours. I have tried to re-string them multiple times, but it is really hard.

Yes, I have looked at the diagrams and I tried using a bobbypin.

Can anyone link to a page/video or give some advice?

have fun. I've restrung mine about 15 times with some strings that i just made since i broke 2

Most people use bobby pins when they restring their magics and I'm not sure why, they're really flimsy and can't grip them at all. I use a crochet needle. It works better beacuse you can grip them a lot better than a bobby pin.
