Blindfold Cubing

Hey guys, I am new to blindfold solving and I am wondering if you guys have any advice for me that could help. What is the best memorization techniques for a beginner? How do you tie the memorization together with the solving? I know macky has a great pdf about blindfold cubing, but it says nothing about memorization. Can you guys help me out here?

Wrong forum. I'd point you to the correct one but I assume you're smart enough to figure that out yourself.

In answer to your question, there's no one way I'd recommend. Different things work for different people. I use straight visual memory, memorizing the position information directly. Others assign numbers to positions and memorize a sequence of numbers, some people assign objects or actions and memorize a story, some people assign letters and make up words or sentences. Experiment with different methods; you would know what works best with your own brain. And above all, practice. The best memory method won't do you any good if you don't practice. It may seem overwhelming now, but trust me, if you do it enough times it gets much easier.
