I found a Hong Kong ebay seller advertising a "Black Void Rubik's Rubic Cube By Gentosha Puzzle Toy" for $9.99 with free shipping. I thought Gentosha only made white void cubes? Am I wrong? Is this for real?

Or is it not only a KO, but a KO claiming to be an original?

Hong Kong sellers also say that the fake Mirror Blocks are by Megahouse. It's quite smart really, they are simultaneously giving credit to the creator and false advertising. It justifiable, but it's sly. The void cube mechanism is by gentosha, but the fake version they sell is not manufactured by gentosha.

Uh, thanks, but I am not looking for a cheap copy. I am looking for a cheap genuine-made-by-Gentosha cube.

Yes, you are wrong. Gentosha only makes black void cubes.

However, judging by price, this cube is most likely not genuine.

Well that's just not true. Hidetoshi sent me an original void HIMSELF, and all I paid for the cube was $8.
