Black Mold

I received a small order from Pop Buying today. The shipping time was fine, about 2 weeks. When I opened the box and took my 3x3x1 out, I realized that the box was covered in this blackish stuff. Being suspicious about what it may be, I asked my mom and her friend and they both said it was black mold. What's up with that? Is there anything I can do to receive a better product that isn't engulfed in black mold?

Does that article say anything about mold, hygiene, cleanness or other health factors?

No, I don't think it's clean. And neither do I think it's dirty. I have absolutely no information about the cleanness, so I have no reason to think either way.

Although, if there were health problems, I would expect that article to mention them.
