Best Shock Oil for F2

I got an F2, as suggested, I heard shock oil is the best lubricant for it. What is the best shock oil? Any link would be welcomed.

But since you did ask, I don't use shock oil. I use Maru Lube.

20-30 wt should work pretty well.
