Any tips for sub-15 3x3?

Definitely you need to work on your lookahead. Almost every single cuber who is not world class could improve their lookahead in some way.

If you average above 15, pauses as well as inefficiency might occur a lot, so you will want to work on that.

Recording your solves can also help you figure out what you need to work on. If you post some solves on the forums, I could critique a few of them, however there are people better than me who would also probably do that.

I know others have said this too, but you also need to power through learning some algs.

"Full" OLL imo was pretty easy for me and took a shorter amount of time than learning PLL.

(Full is in quotation marks because I don't know the dot cases, but I learned some algs to skip dot cases for last slot everytime and I pay really close attention to the edges while solving last slot. It's probably slightly worse.)

The G perms are one of, if not the hardest algs that you will ever have to learn on 3x3. It was hard for me too. I also had to switch from the wide move G perms, which didn't take me too long, to the RUD G perms, and that as a huge pain.

Even though it may be hard, learning them gives you a huge advantage. In my first comp, almost half of my PLL's were G perms. (Of course, this isn't usually what happens, and G perms aren't always that common, but I only did 10 solves.)

I wish you good luck on your improvement!

just around 5000, I export most sessions at either 1000 or 500, because out school Chromebooks break easily, so if I lose my data its saved
Interesting, that's a lot more than me. I think I've done around 3000 but I know full oll. I think you should try and learn full oll. It did take me like 3 months of on and off learning though.

practice your F2L loke a crazy person
Crazy? I was crazy once. They locked me in a room. A rubber room! A rubber room with rats, and rats make me crazy. Crazy? I was crazy once. They locked me in a room. A rubber room! everyone's copying me!!
the rise of the rats has begun...😈

I almost know full PLL (just G-Perms left, I'm close)
I know a few OLL cases, but I don't want to learn full OLL as of right now.
Any tips or tricks to help me consistently get sub-15 on 3x3?
Learn full OLL. Get your f2l + cross under 10 seconds. Practice slow solves. Believe me, it's worth it. Improve your recognition, not like mine. I solve the last layer in 5.5 - 6 seconds and I average 13.7 seconds.

I know it's old lol but finish pll. You should learn full oll, but 2 look is easily fast enough for sub 15 if you make up for it with f2l. Just make sure you can plan your cross in inspection every time so you could do it blindfolded, and look around the cube for your first pair while you solve the cross. You don't need to plan your first pair, but at least be looking around for it while you solve the cross. Same goes for f2l, whatever your solution is, make sure you do each case the same way every time and be able to do each f2l case blindfolded by itself. Then while you solve each pair look around the cube for your next pair. Again, you don't need to predict where the next pair will end up, just be looking around for it while you solve the current pair.

Advice from an almost sub-8.5 solver:

In general when becoming sub-15 you are limited by your F2L solutions and lookahead, having efficient solutions is just a matter of slow solves (for me atleast).

Lookahead is also really important and here are just the 3 general tips I have:
1. Look at the other side of the cube while solving a pair, so if you're solving a pair in the right look at the left side
2. Just turn a bit slower so you can actually track pieces
3. You should be comfortable enough with your F2L solutions that you can do them all blindfolded, and basically just do that every solve but instead of blindfolding yourself you're looking at different pairs

Good luck with getting to sub-15!! I hope these tips will help

For the RUD Gc Perm, should I try to do it regripless like Jperm? or is it outdated, and should I just regrip?
It is outdated, but not the fingertricks--the algorithm itself is!
Use R2' u' R U' R U R' u R2 f R' f' !

I have a video on how to execute Gc (I'm sure there are many others.) Don't use wide moves for the other G perms, IMO. Regripless RUD is very fast and consistent for Ga, Gb, and Gd. RUuf Gc is just too fast to pass on though.
