I know full COLL. This seems odd.
Eric says at the end that the headlights COLL alg was for left (meaning L2 D' and so forth) but Anthony did the regular alg (meaning R2 D and forth) which was supposed to get a diagonal corner switch PLL but it got a G.
How is this possible?

Pretty sure that he said in the video that he told him the R2 D in the solve but then said that the cube L2 D' would have been better but it might have thrown them off.

During the solve he said "headlights 2-gen", not R2 D. Anthony didn't do the R2 D alg.

EDIT: Just to clarify because I don't know for sure what you think happened. The actual COLL case was the one that the L2 D' alg solves, meaning there is an adjacent swap. Anthony did a 2-gen alg, preserving corner permutation, so an adjacent-swap PLL case occurred.
