advanced 4x4 help

so i kinda want to get better at 4x4...
my average is about 1:50 if most of the solves have parity.
and its about sub 1:52 if i have no edges parity.
some detiles:
i use mini qj, and i want to make it turn better like syuhei's mini qj.
also my whole solving method, is like syuhei's.
centers:
i solve only the white or yellow first. then i put white on my right and solve the rest of the centers like so: red-blue-orange and green.
centers average of 7: 21.83

edges:
i solve 6 at a time, do Uw, insert 3 edges, Uw', insert 3 edges, Uw' , and do one more 3 pair. then i have 3 pair, i do one pair, insert another and done.
my flipping alg is like nakaji's alg.
edges average of 5: 45.39

3x3x3:
i use CFOP.
average of 5: 39.80.

parity:
i use this alg:
Rw2 B2 U2 Rt' Rw U2 Rw' R U2 Rw R' U2 F2Rw R' F2 Rw' L U2 Rw2

in oll, when i got edge parity i first solve the OLL normally and then i do the algs( cuz i can pick one easy oll case out of 4).
average of 6: 8.34.

in the pll parity i do like 5 secs.

so...

HOW DO I GET FASTER???

of course i practice 2 hours a day on 4x4 in sake of getting faster, but it seems in the past week that the practice doesn't help my times go down.

p.s- what is it the sub 1 secret? let me guess.. practice! or the 3x3 part?

For PLL parity, use this: r U2 x r U2 r U2 r' U2 l U2 r' U2 r U2 r' U2 r'

If I were you, I'd solve OLL parity first, then OLL.
A trick: If you finish F2L and have only 1 edge oriented, put the edge in UL, and do B L (OLL parity) L' B'

For centres, first you should work on being able to solve the last 4 centres in any order (so you can take advantage of easy centres).
Then you should work on being able to solve centres with white on either left or right, and finally work on becoming colour neutral for centres.

For edges, just keep practicing them and doing them over and over again. Your recognition and lookahead will improve with time and practice.

You should practice doing the 3x3 stage with no inspection on your 4x4, and work on finding the cross pieces while doing your last 3/2 edges.

Do some slow solves, try and find more efficient ways of doing your dedges or centres. Also, watch videos on youtube of the better 4x4 solvers, you might find some nice new centre tricks.
Perhaps you should watch some of the solves on virtual 4x4s on hi-games, to try and find some nice new things.
Just by practicing centres for a while you should be able to get a 15-16s average.

Your final solve could be improved quite a lot by practicing 3x3 for a while!
I find that on 4x4, move count for the f2l matters more. Learn to use things like keyhole, empty slots, and the f2l tricks on speedcubing.com...

Good luck :)
