I average around 30 seconds
I'm not that fast in other puzzles for right now I'm focusing on 3x3
I use the CFOP method with 2 look OLL and PLL but I am learning full OLL currently
Does anyone have any tips to improve faster?

Welcome to the speedsolving forums! This community has been around since 2006 and is one of the very few forums that is entirely dedicated to speedsolving. For some advice you should learn (full) PLL first. I am sub 17 without learning full OLL. Make sure to learn advanced F2L too if you haven't already.

Welcome! I highly suggest doing slow solves to help with look-ahead and do what qwr said and learn full PLL first.

One obvious tip to improve is to do more solves and learn more algs.
