a new 4x4?

i was on amazon looking a 5x5 since they are only 8.90$ and i saw the rubiks 4x4 for 14.97$ http://www.amazon.com/Winning-Moves-5011-Rubiks-Cube/dp/B001IJB1YQ/ref=pd_sbs_t_5

and then a different 4x4 in different packaging for 9.99$ http://www.amazon.com/Rubiks-Revenge-Cube-X-4/dp/B000R6RETW/ref=pd_sim_t_1

on the reviews for the second one someone talked about the cube not popping or locking up...sooo is there a new rubiks 4x4 out now?

I think that logo looks like an older logo. I might be wrong though.....

the second one is the newer version. small changes to improve it, but it ended up worse, i'm not so sure you'd recieve an old one if you bought the one from the first link though, but that's whats in the picture
