I don't know how, but one of the orange center pieces of my Rubik's brand 4x4 is broken. A small piece that connects it to the core fell off. I'm considering super-gluing the piece on. Is this a good idea?

Yes it is a good idea. The only glue that would possibly hold up better is solvent cement, but it's nasty stuff and I don't expect that you have any lying around.

Go ahead and glue it. If it doesn't work out (I'm not positive the bond will be strong enough, but I have been surprised by the strength of superglue before), then I believe cubesmith sells replacement centers.

PS: Now take a minute of your time and ask yourself: Was there really any other option than gluing it? Did I really need to ask that?

I'm sorry for giving you false hope, but cubesmith's stock has ran out.

To answer your question: They come with stickers on them, but they just pick a random color for you. If you asked, I think he would get you an orange one, but just pick up a sheet of stickers while you're at it. Rubik's brand stickers are going to fall off in a couple of solves anyway.
