im not good at this method, but this is what i noticed:
-when you have no bars for your first center try to build both at the same time, or at least manipulate the other pieces so that a bar can be made in, like, one move.
-i think you did this, but try to manipulate the opposite center pieces while your pairing up the 1st center bars. you could try to make a bar, or put a piece in its layer.
-maybe build 1 cross edge as you build the white center? it is usually only worth it if you do the white center first and it might get in the way at first, but you'll get used to it.

-a positive about your video is that your tone of voice is nice and you speak clearly enough.

-this one is highly subjective, but i think the video felt cold. loosen up a bit, your words seemed a bit scripted and it seems like your talking to the mic, not to me, the viewer, the person to whom you should be speaking. you might wanna take this comment with a pinch of salt because i am usually a casual person and prefer things that are so. it's also a very hard thing to do, but if you are physically comfortable it could have a effect psychologically or something.

so ya. keep it up

Thanks for the feed back Ross! I think I will try to work on the first tip as that could help a lot. About talking to a camera vs audience you should see the videos I have scraped where I WAS reading off a script or guideline :p It's horrible (hence the scraped-ness) But yeah I really do need to work on that. In the aforementioned videos I was slurring some of the words so glad my words are clear enough
