[Unofficial] 3x3 Rubik's Cube Average of 12: 12.92 (10.33 Single)-Tips appreciated

Ok, so I finally recorded a Sub-13 average of 12 (and also got two not-so-bad singles). What should I practice/change/work on now?

Ps.: I know that I have to change G perms and N perm.
Ps2.: Also, could someone reconstruct them? No pressure, only if You won't mind.
