I was stuck at around 20 seconds and then took a year long break from serious cubing (I didn't plan to, I just stopped). When I picked up my cube again I immediately dropped about 3 seconds off my time.

The Zhanchi may have had something to do with this, but I've played with my FII since and got an 18 avg 12. Go figure.

Yes. Definitely.
I dropped from 35 to 12-13 in around 2 months. :3 (To be fair, that was over Summer)
