Who thinks there should be 2x2 blind in wca events(i do) explain to me if no. i think it would be fun

I would say no because advanced 2x2 solvers can one look which is basically solving it blind. And newer cubers would use something like op to solve so the time variation would be to big.

If you average under 2 seconds in 2x2, you see the whole solve in inspection anyway, so there is no need to do any BLD sort of things and moreso, no variation in method development or strategy from sighted 2x2.
Besides 2x2 is the most joke event we have, why add 2x2 Part 2: the jokening?

While it's a fun event, one four looker and the tables would be toppled, or even more advanced solvers planning out the whole solution in inspection. If they find a way around that, sure!
