Shouldn't this solve be a DNF? You had your phone on the table with the gopro app open so you could see the video throughout the solve and that goes against this reg: 2i2a) Each camera monitor must be blank or out of sight of the competitor (see Regulation A5b).

well if i were a delegate (which i am absolutely not so take what im about to say with, like, a tablespoon worth of salt), i would treat this offense like: first time warning, every other time punishment. perhaps i feel this way because it is a somewhat new addition to the regulations (at least i think it is; i didnt see it stated as such in past editions). also it is not one of those violations that inherently provide an advantage, like starting with the cube in your hands. but like i said, im not a delegate. maybe one will weigh in.
Edit: another somewhat trivial point against DNFing this solve is that the monitor was showing the cube from the same angle at which he was solving. so it isnt like he could look at hidden pieces without rotating in this case.
anyway, this was a very enjoyable solve to watch. it looked so nice. im not sure why, but the cube rotations looked rather elegant (which is a strange thing to say about cube rotations, i know)
