1982 Hungarian Rings unsealing and manufacturing error

I thought maybe some people might be interested in this.

I made a video of me opening a brand new and sealed 1982 Hungarian Rings, interestingly there is a manufacturing error as there should be 9 yellow balls, 9 blue balls, 10 black balls, and 10 red balls. But on this there are 8 yellow balls, 9 blue balls, 11 black balls, and 10 red balls. I'm not sure how common this kind of mistake is or whether it's really rare.
