forced pll skip

when I saw this post I googled about forced pll skip but I couldn't find anything useful. Sometimes I can guess that if I do the F (R U R' U') F' OLL with my left hand, F' (L' U' L U) F, I can skip the pll but sometimes I end up getting J or U. by doing this I can call that solve non-lucky...
