clock help

So I have a Qiyi clock and everything is good I know 7simul flip and average 4.8 to 5 by my clock setup is slow I think I do everything right after setup and but after breaking it gets kinda slow I feel like I will never get sub 4 with my setup I use weight 5 and silk and I do tape mod I even...

I am currently practicing 7 simul (tommy) and I learned the method and my memorization is (for the most part) accurate. I want to ask to all the good clock solvers, what can I do to get better at the simul moves and the pinky moves for the bottom clocks?
