I'm planning on getting a DIY cube from cube4you.com

i'm planning on getting 2
the options r: green, white, and black
I have 2 decide by nightfall!

White can move too smoothly, if it makes sense. One white cube I bought slides by itself kinda, it feels like it's frictionless.

I'd go with black, I owned 10+, had no problems with any.

are there differences between the colors' speed? i dont understand why one color is faster than another...

That's the whole deal...
There isn't a 'faster' colour...
Just buy an 'A' DIY cube, colour doesn't matter

i own a black diy cube and two white once. i normaly use the white (glow in the dark) cube. i also have one of the new second generation white cubes. the new white cube runs different then the other cubes and i think i have to get used to the new feeling. my glow in the dark one is hart to lubricate or it doesnt run as smooth as the others. i now use my black one (for two days) and i improved my time again. i like to use the white cubes and would recomment them. but the black runs (longer) better. i wouldnt say that the color makes a different just the typ of plastic that is used.

you can't go faster than you can move your fingers ;).
But if you have a 'slower' cube you can adjust the screws a little..
